Buddy wasn’t his usual bouncy, hungry self at all this Saturday morning. His usual vet was fully booked but Aura Veterinary Hospital saw him straight away. After a very thorough check up a sore neck was diagnosed. We brought our boy Rusty here for the first time & the service was amazing. The lady on reception (we didn’t catch her name) was warm & welcoming with lots of great information for us. Dr Candice was absolutely amazing Rusty didn’t even flinch when he got his vaccine etc, she was absolutely lovely with him. Evie the nurse trimmed his nails too & was absolutely lovely & gentle again Rusty didn’t even flinch. Amazing place so glad we have Rusty going here.
